Interested in reserving your spot on one of the upcoming trips?

Please download our application and submit your completed and signed application, with your deposit, to the church office. You may: 

1. Drop off the application and deposit between 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday, at the Cornwall Church office
   
2. Drop off the application and deposit at the Resouce Center during a weekend service (Please write "Attn:Go and Be Director" on the front)
3. Mail your application and deposit to Cornwall Church c/o Go and Be Director (4518 Northwest Dr. Bellingham, WA 98226)

Your acceptance of Cornwall's financial policy is included with your submitted Application.  You may download a copy of our Financial Policy for your records and future reference.
