Small Group Questions: Two different group leaders asked the members of their group to complete a few questions that helped the leaders to get a better understanding of where each person in their group is at, and what they are hoping to get from being part of a small group. Feel free to use any or all the the questions as you seek to gain an understanding about those in your group. Some leaders have done these via email, some perfer to take time at group to answer them, others just open discussion with them - it all depends on what you think would be best for your group!
