Our Christmas series is guided by the lyrics of “Joy To The World.” The phrase “heaven and nature sing,” taken from a line in this classic Christmas hymn, serves as a reminder that the Lord is coming. “Let earth receive her King; let every heart prepare Him room.” We are mindful of the joy experienced by all of the Cosmos (heaven and nature) because the Lord, the King, is coming. It’s not just a proclamation but an instruction, or rather an invitation: Let every heart prepare Him room.
